SERVICES AND PRICES for a photo shoot in WARSAW

Full organization of shooting, consultations on preparation for a photo session. Recommendations for selecting images and clothes.

I definitely help with posing for a photo shoot. I tell you how to stand nicely, where to put your hands, etc.

I provide dresses, jackets, bodysuits and other clothing, as well as fabrics, accessories and jewelry:  from my costume shop@roxi.dress

The number of looks depends on the package of services you choose. All you need is seamless, smooth underwear and shoes.

If you want a photo shoot in complete confidentiality, be sure to tell me about it in advance. I do not charge any additional fees for confidentiality. But I would be very pleased if I had the opportunity to share the results of our joint work.

ONLY AVAILABLE IN 2-HOUR SERVICE PACKAGES: creative lighting schemes with additional lighting equipment: sun imitation, laser, projector (ground in the background), light streaks and rays, etc. complex images and images that require cleaning (butterflies, feathers, sequins on the body, metafan, tinsel, baby shower and gender party)

☑️ Urgent processing of PHOTOS within 3 days — 250 zl. 

☑️ LIVE FLOWERS for a photo shoot — are purchased at the customer’s expense, the duration of preparing the image with flowers increases, so all the nuances are discussed additionally. 

☑️ Additional processing (retouching) — 15 zl. per photo. 

☑️ PRINTING of photos on paper, canvas, acrylic, in a passepartout, in branded packaging, etc. — the cost is discussed individually. 

☑️ Photo book — the cost is calculated individually depending on the size and number of spreads.

The date and time of the photo shoot is considered booked after making an advance payment. The advance payment is considered the payment for the studio reservation (with the provision of a confirmation screen). 

The final payment is made on the day of the photo shoot. If you decide to cancel the shoot, the advance payment is not refundable, it goes towards paying off the fine and studio rent.

Registration for the shoot is carried out at least 3-5 weeks before the desired date. A pregnancy photo session is best done at 27-32 weeks. 

Accordingly, you should register for a pregnancy photo session when you are 22-25 weeks pregnant.

Usually in 1 hour — 3-4 looks. In 2 hours you can have a maximum of 6-7 looks. In my dressing room, choose more looks to try on and make a final decision immediately before the shoot.

Of course! The husband is welcome to participate. He can come directly to the shooting.

You can have your makeup and styling done at the artist’s studio or in the studio’s dressing room. Makeup and styling can take up to 2 hours.

Photos are ready in 2 weeks. Photos are sent electronically in JPEG format with a link to an individual online gallery on my website and are stored for 3 months.

 For a studio photo shoot, professional makeup and styling are mandatory. Without this, the result will not be the same as you see in my portfolio. A professional master works with me in the team. Makeup and styling takes up to 2 hours on average, depending on the complexity. You have the right to use the services of your master, whose work you are used to. 

 Makeup and styling cannot be corrected in Photoshop, depilation cannot be done in Photoshop, manicures and pedicures cannot be colored. If necessary, such corrections are paid additionally.

Rent (book) a photo studio — the photographer sends you the details for booking the studio, you pay and send a screenshot of the payment. The studio can be moved once in accordance with the individual conditions of each Studio. The studio cannot be moved or canceled 72 hours before the shooting. If you decide to cancel the shooting, the prepayment is not refundable, it goes to repay the fine and studio rent.

By booking a photo shoot with me, you automatically agree to the author’s style of shooting, framing, approach to posing, author’s style of retouching and photo processing. Original files (RAW) are the intellectual property of the photographer and a guarantee of his copyright, original files or unprocessed material are not transferred to the customer after the shoot. By agreeing to the shoot, you agree to all of the above conditions!

If you wish, you can choose your own photos for retouching, just let me know and I will send you the photos for your selection within 6-7 days. You have 3 days to select the photos. If you do not select the photos within this period, the photographer has the right to not meet the deadlines for photo processing.
